This website is operated by YOYO Mould. By using it you accept the terms below. They concern the website itself — the terms that apply to a specific order are set out in the quotation, purchase contract or proforma invoice we issue for that order.
Information on this site
We describe our capabilities, materials and processes as accurately as we can. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and no price, lead time or tolerance should be relied on until it appears in a written quotation issued to you. Photographs and drawings are illustrative.
Your data and drawings
When you send us a 3D file, drawing or sample, you confirm that you are entitled to share it. We treat all customer files as confidential and will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request. We do not reuse customer geometry for other customers.
Tooling and intellectual property
Ownership of a mould, and the right to move it, are agreed in the order documents for that project. Product designs and trademarks supplied by the customer remain the customer’s property. The content of this website — text, images and layout — belongs to YOYO Mould and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of liability
We make no warranty that this website will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the website is limited to the value of the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes concerning this website are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Taizhou, Zhejiang.
