Industries We Serve
Mold Manufacturing for Consumer Products
From concept prototypes to retail-ready production: tooling, molding, decoration and packaging for consumer goods.
Speed, finish and shelf appeal
Consumer products are judged in seconds — on the shelf and in the hand. That puts the pressure on surface finish, colour consistency and assembly fit, and it means the tool has to be right the first time because launch dates do not move.
We work in short iterations: a machined prototype in days, a production tool in weeks, and finished goods assembled and packed to your artwork.
- Cosmetic housings with Class A surfaces
- Multi-colour and soft-touch parts
- Printing, painting and laser marking
- Retail packing with your artwork and barcodes
What we make for this industry

Electronics housings
Thin-wall housings with tight tolerances, EMI-friendly geometry and Class A cosmetics.

Two-shot parts
Hard and soft materials combined in one cycle, removing assembly and bonding steps.

Insert and over-molding
Threaded inserts, magnets and metal brackets molded directly into the part.

Assembly and packing
Sub-assembly, testing and retail packaging so the carton arrives ready for the shelf.
Materials we mold most often
| Material | Typical use | Note |
|---|---|---|
| ABS / PC-ABS | Housings, bezels | Good surface, easy to paint and print |
| PC | Transparent covers, structural parts | Requires careful drying and thermal control |
| PP / TPE | Living hinges, soft grips | Excellent for two-shot combinations |
| POM / PA | Gears, sliding parts | Dimensional stability and wear resistance |
From idea to packed product
01
Concept review
We check the design for molding feasibility and suggest changes that improve yield and appearance.
02
Prototype
Machined or bridge-tooled parts for market testing and fit checks.
03
Production tooling
Multi-cavity tool with hot runner where the volume justifies it.
04
Finishing
Decoration, printing, assembly and testing to your specification.
05
Packing and shipping
Retail or transit packing, with shipment scheduling against your launch date.
Frequently asked questions
How fast can you produce a prototype?
Machined prototypes are typically 3-7 working days from released data, depending on geometry and material.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes — to a master sample, Pantone reference or colour chip, with a physical sample for approval before volume production.
Do you handle retail packaging?
We do: printed cartons, inserts, bags and labels, with barcodes or your own artwork.
What happens if the first tooling trial is not right?
Corrections are planned against the measured data and agreed before steel is changed. Trial and correction rounds are part of the tooling programme.
Tell us what you want to launch
Send the concept or the drawing with the target volume and your launch date, and we will build a route to production around it.
