Who we are
YOYO Mould is a contract manufacturer and tooling house. We design and build injection molds, run them on our own presses, machine prototypes and precision components, cast aluminium and zinc parts, and finish and assemble the products our customers sell.
Because design, tooling, molding and finishing sit in one factory, problems are solved by the people who caused them — not passed between suppliers. That is the whole reason we organise the business this way.

How we work
Engineering before steel
We would rather spend a week on design review than a month repairing a tool. Every project starts with a written DFM report and a risk list.
One team, one record
The team that designs the tool runs it. Dimensional data, process windows and change lists stay with the project, not in someone’s inbox.
Say what we can do
If a design is not moldable as drawn, or a tolerance is unrealistic, you hear it before the quotation — not after the first trial.
Answer quickly
Enquiries are answered within one working day, and quotations carry the assumptions they were built on so nothing is ambiguous.
Quality and equipment
Molds are designed and machined in-house on CNC and EDM equipment, then spotted and trialled on our own presses. Critical dimensions are verified on a coordinate measuring machine, and first article inspection reports are issued with every new tool and every production change.
Inspection is planned against the dimensions that matter to your assembly, which is why we ask which ones they are at the start of a project.
