YOYO Mould (“we”, “us”) operates this website at yoyomould.com. We make moulds and moulded parts in Taizhou, Zhejiang, China, and we supply customers worldwide. You can reach us at info@yoyomould.com or on WhatsApp at +86 158 8866 2502.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form on this site we collect the information you type in: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the project details you describe. If you email or message us directly, we keep that correspondence. Our web server also records standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type in its access logs.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To discuss the technical details of a part, tool or order.
- To keep records required for accounting, shipping and tax purposes.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send you marketing that you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is needed to run the business: our website host, our email provider, and — once an order is placed — freight forwarders and customs brokers who need the shipping details. They receive only what is necessary for that task. We do not share your drawings or technical data with third parties for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for about 24 months so that we can follow up and support repeat work. Records connected to an actual order are kept as long as tax and export law requires. Access logs are rotated and deleted automatically.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@yoyomould.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in a jurisdiction that gives you additional rights (for example under the GDPR), we will respect those rights as well.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to make the pages work. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies on this website.
Confidentiality of drawings
Files you send us are treated as confidential. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send sensitive data — just ask.
