Comprehensive Mold Solutions

Final Assembly & Packaging

Components, sub-assemblies and finished goods assembled, tested and packed to your specification, ready for your market.

From component supplier to finished product

Once the parts are right, someone still has to put them together, test them and get them into packaging that survives the journey. For many customers this is the least glamorous part of the project and the one that creates the most delay.

We assemble, test and pack to your work instruction, hold the finished stock and ship on your release schedule.

  • Assembly to your drawing, BOM and work instruction
  • Functional and leak testing as specified
  • Retail or industrial packaging, printed to your artwork
  • Finished-goods stockholding and scheduled shipment

Pilot run

A small batch assembled, tested and packed for your approval.

Frequently asked questions

Can you source the components as well as assemble them?

Yes. We can take responsibility for the complete package — moulded parts, purchased components, assembly and packing — which reduces the number of suppliers you have to manage.

How is quality controlled on an assembly line?

Each unit passes the specified checks, with a documented sampling plan and traceability back to the batch. Assembly defects are logged so the same fault cannot repeat silently.

Can you hold stock and ship against a forecast?

Yes. Stockholding with scheduled release is usually cheaper than shipping in one lot, and it reduces the risk of holding a large returnable balance at your end.

Do you handle custom packaging?

We do — printed cartons, foam or plastic inserts, retail-ready packs and anything needed to get the product to the shelf or the assembly line undamaged.
