Industries We Serve
Automotive Mold Manufacturing & Molding
Tooling and molded components for interior, exterior and under-bonnet applications, built to automotive documentation standards.
What automotive programmes demand
Automotive projects are decided by documentation as much as by geometry: PPAP-style sample reports, dimensional layouts, traceability and a tool that still holds tolerance after a million shots.
We plan the tool around the annual volume from the start — steel selection, cooling design and maintenance intervals follow the volume, not the other way round.
- Interior trim, door panels, bezels and trims
- Under-bonnet housings and covers
- Engineered resins: PA-GF, PC/ABS, PP-TD, POM
- Texture and grain matched to the master sample
What we make for this industry

Casting and metal parts
Aluminium die castings and machined components that complete the assembly.

Large tooling
Multi-cavity and family tools for interior and exterior parts, with hot runner systems where cycle time matters.

Class A and grained parts
Paint, grain and gloss held to the approved sample across the production life of the tool.

Documentation
First article inspection, dimensional layout reports and material certificates with every programme.
Typical automotive work
| Part type | Typical material | Key control |
|---|---|---|
| Interior trim and bezels | ABS, PC/ABS, PA-GF | Grain and gloss match, fit to mating parts |
| Door and pillar panels | PP-TD, ABS | Warpage control, dimensional stability |
| Under-bonnet housings | PA-GF, PPS | Heat and chemical resistance |
| Buttons and switches | ABS, PC, TPE | Two-shot molding, tactile feel |
How an automotive programme runs
01
RFQ and feasibility
We review the data against the annual volume and flag tool life, cycle time and material risks.
02
Timing plan
Tooling, trials and sample submission dates agreed against your programme timing.
03
Design and build
Tool design approval, machining, spotting and trial with dimensional reports.
04
Validation
Samples measured against the drawing and the master sample, with a documented change list.
05
Production
Volume molding with traceability, tool maintenance plan and release-controlled changes.
Frequently asked questions
Can you support a programme from prototype to production?
Yes — machined prototypes, then a production tool, then volume parts, all from the same team and the same dimensional records.
How do you handle engineering changes after the tool is cut?
Every change is documented: what changed, why, which inserts are affected and how the sample approval is updated. No silent modifications.
What documentation can you provide?
Tool drawings and 3D data, first article inspection reports, dimensional layouts, material certificates and process sheets. Additional documentation can be agreed per programme.
Do you build family tools and multi-cavity tools?
Yes. The cavity layout is decided by the annual volume and the part mix, so the tool matches the production plan rather than a catalogue.
