Comprehensive Mold Solutions

Plastic Injection Molding Services

From a single prototype tool to high-volume production, we build the mold, run the parts and control the quality — under one roof in Taizhou, China.

Mold making and molding, in the same factory

Most projects fail in the gap between the tool shop and the molder. We removed that gap: the same engineering team that designs and machines your mold also runs it on our presses, so the first trial shot is measured against the same drawings the tool was built to.

That matters most at the two ends of a project — when design changes are still cheap, and when a tool has to prove its cycle time before a launch date.

  • Mold design and DFM analysis before any steel is cut
  • In-house CNC, EDM and CMM inspection
  • Trial shots, sample reports and dimensional layouts
  • Production quantities from hundreds to millions of parts per year

How a project runs

01

Engineering review and DFM report

We review your 3D data for draft, wall thickness, gate position, cooling and ejection, and send back comments before quoting.

02

Mold design and approval

Full 2D and 3D mold design, steel and standard component selection, cooling layout and hot runner choice if required.

03

Machining and assembly

CNC, EDM, wire cut, polishing and fitting in our own tool room, with dimensional reports at each stage.

04

Trial shot and sample report

First article inspection, dimensional layout and process window, with samples shipped for your approval.

05

Production and follow-up

Volume molding with incoming inspection, in-process checks and packing to your drawing, plus tool maintenance records.

Frequently asked questions

What do you need to quote a mold?

3D data (STEP or IGES) or a 2D drawing, the annual quantity, the material, and any cosmetic or tolerance requirements. If you already have a tool that is not performing, send the tool drawing and a sample part instead.

Can you take over an existing mold?

Yes. We can run your existing tool, refurbish it, or reverse-engineer a replacement from a sample part where drawings are missing.

How do you handle tool ownership?

The tool belongs to you. It stays in our tool room for production, and we can crate and ship it to you at any time, with a documented tool history.

What about shipping and delivery terms?

We quote parts and tools FOB Ningbo or on an EXW basis, and we regularly ship tooling and parts to Europe and North America. Terms are confirmed in the quotation for your project.

Send us your part and we will quote the mold

Upload your 3D data or a sample-part photo with the annual quantity and we will come back with a DFM report and a quotation.
